• Beef bourguignon – Red Coat braised short rib, house smoked bacon, foraged mushrooms and pear onions with potato purée (Ravine Vineyard Estate Winery)
• Eggplant parmesan – Woodfired eggplant with sourdough bread, mozzarella, and tomato (Ruffino’s)
• Ontario maple-glazed “double breasted” Cornish hen, duck fat roasted hassleback potato, creamed corn with green onions and Gretzky rye gravy (The Garrison House)

 Desserts

• Root vegetable cake – carrot, beet, and parsnip cake, goat cheese icing, candied nuts (Ravine Vineyard Estate Winery)
• Chocolate torta caprese – Flourless chocolate cake with crème fraiche, vodka, and cherries (Ruffino’s)

DELIVERY: Delivery is available in Niagara-on-the-Lake for an additional $5 fee per delivery.
