Tickets and gift certificates are now on sale for Port Colborne Operatic Society’s February 2023 production of Rogers & Hammerstein’s Cinderella. This is PCOS’ first showpost-COVID, and also our 76th production to date.
Cinderella is a timeless musical treasure with an updated script which crackles with sweetness and freshness. This new take on the classic tale features some of Rodgers & Hammerstein’s most beloved songs, including “In My Own Little Corner,” “Impossible/It’s Possible” and “Ten Minutes Ago,” alongside an up-to-date, funny and romantic libretto. This enchanting Tony-nominated musical fairy tale will put a spell on audiences of all ages.
This year only, due to unforeseen circumstances at Lakeshore Catholic High School we will be performing at Welland Centennial Secondary School. Our focus remains to “Bring Broadway Home” to Port Colborne, and we look forward to returning to Lakeshore next year.
