Dalton and Kimone, the duo behind Oliver’s, first met nearly a decade ago as co-workers at the very store they now proudly own. Their shared love for fine foods and catering evolved into a business partnership—and eventually, a lifelong commitment.
Dalton, a seasoned chef with over 15 years of experience and training from Algonquin College, has honed his skills in high-end kitchens and private catering events. His expertise as a butcher is evident in every carefully crafted cut of meat and every thoughtfully prepared dish.
Kimone brings creativity and a flair for innovation to the table. Her love for creating new recipes and perfecting party trays, charcuterie, and grazing boards has made her an integral part of the team. She believes in using the finest local and handpicked ingredients to create not just food, but memorable experiences that delight both the eyes and the palate.
