Hello Friends! Considering the most recent announcement on May 27, we have an update regarding Niagara Therapeutics reopening plans.
The Provincial order was recently updated to allow Regulated Healthcare Professionals to gradually restart treatment services. Ontario Chief Medical Officer of Health’s Directive #2 for Regulated Health Professionals allows for a gradual restart of services to be carried out with adherence to guidance from the health profession’s regulatory college. There are many guidelines and requirements put in place for the safety of the healthcare providers and their patients/clients. The Ministry of Health COVID 19 Operational Requirements: Health Sector Restart document outlines expectations and mandates for safety and pandemic containment.
We are pleased to say that Niagara Therapeutics have planned for these new mandated guidelines. We have spent the past many weeks preparing and implementing a safe, comfortable and secure treatment environment for everyone. We are determined to have all safety measures and protocols in place prior to opening. We want to be confident that our space is ready to safely and securely accommodate all of you.
Our Team has decided to set our reopening date for Monday June 15.
The safety and security of our Therapists and Patients is our highest priority. We do not want to reopen prematurely and risk the health of anyone. We have decided that the appropriate action for our clinic is to be cautious during this rapidly evolving pandemic.
We plan on notifying clients next week and begin booking appointments for the week of June 15. Please be patient, our return will be gradual to adhere to the Ministry of Health guidelines. We must do what we can to ensure everyone can receive the treatment they need, while still maintaining the mandates to “flatten the curve” of this pandemic.
For all clients who had appointments previously booked from March 19 be reassured, your name is in queue for rescheduling.
