Join us for a skate on the second Wednesday of each month from 10:30 am – 6 pm. The Whisky Bar patio will be open and serving up craft cocktails, wine, beer, and warm food until 6 pm.

A portion of the proceeds made on community skate days will be donated to local Niagara-on-the-Lake charity, Newark Neighbours.

Operating since 1971, it is the only food bank serving Niagara-on-the-Lake. Their service relies entirely on the generosity of the community: volunteers’ time, food donations, monetary donations and thrift store donations and sales. Donations and the profits from the store provide sufficient resources to offer food bank clients a selection of groceries every two weeks, plus special holiday meals.

Over the last year, the number of local residents seeking food from Newark Neighbours has doubled. The money collected from our Community Skate Days from December- March will be donated to Newark Neighbours at the end of the season. These donations will go towards purchasing grocery store gifts cards so that residents can purchase fresh fruit, meat & bread just in time for Easter.

Skate and helmet rentals are available for $10 in limited quantities.
