Fuel is the Rolle family’s takeout restaurant located at 145 Carlton Street in the Lake & Carlton plaza in St. Catharines. Kelly, Livia & Dylan are the powerhouse team serving up great flavours everyday.
We specialize in sweet potatoes (our signature sweet potato loaf is a must try!) and promote healthy eating- you should eat to live! Flavour Fuel has an assortment of fresh made to order hand crafted salads and sandwich creations, soups, dressings and daily specials.
Our baker Livi Lou creates amazing treats daily- with offerings that also include keto, low carb, sugar free, gluten free and vegan options. We love to say that we have options for everyone!
