This term, Project Brew will take place on Saturday, December 10th, 2022 from 4PM – 8PM at the Niagara College, Niagara-on-the-Lake Campus.
Tickets include a sample glass and four drink tickets.
Additional drink tickets can be purchased for $2 at the event.
A selection of food prepared by CFWI’s Culinary students will be available for purchase.
Proceeds from Project Brew ticket sales will be donated to the Matt Soos Memorial Scholarship.
Project Brew is a student-run beer festival showcasing the graduation projects of the Niagara College Brewmaster and Brewery Operations Management program.
