The NOHT-ÉSON is actively looking to increase Patient/Client and Family/Caregiver (PCFC) representation at the Planning Table. The aim is to raise the number of participants who have lived experience with health care and social services in Niagara to assist the organization with planning and decision-making.
Ideally, the candidates will include people from the NOHT-ÉSON’s priority populations (dementia, palliative, adult mental health and addictions, child and youth mental health, stroke, Indigenous Peoples, and the Francophone population).
