The world has changed for everyone in the past few weeks. A lot of people have been working very hard to provide care, keep us safe and keep things moving so we can still get the supplies we need. We want to say thank you to everyone who is taking extra risks for all of us. This has obviously been a struggle for us and we are sure it is much more difficult for many others. We want to do what we can to have a safe and positive impact so we have made a number of changes.
Our New Hours are 11am – 3pm daily and we are observing social distancing measures inside our store. We ask that no more than 4 persons at a time come into the store and we have removed all in store seating. We are now offering take out and no contact pickup at our store. We are trying to reduce the use of cash. Please use Debit, Visa, or Mastercard if possible.
We have also started local, no contact delivery of all our products from Wednesday to Saturday from 12 to 2. This service is free for orders of $50 or more in Pelham and the surrounding area including North Welland. We will leave the order outside your door or outside of your building and notify you when we arrive.
We have been adjusting our product offerings for these changing times to include more items to reheat, stock up and bake at home. Please check our menus on our website often as we will be adding items regularly. Let us know if there is something you are having a hard time to get and we will see if we can help. We have already been able to help some people looking for yeast and have plenty of spices on hand. If you are looking for a small amount of something we can add it to your order free of charge. We are also working with our suppliers to see if we can offer more grocery items and help you to avoid unnecessary outings to the grocery store. Social Distancing will surely make Easter Celebrations smaller this year and our Easter menu has taken that into account. We absolutely recommend that you keep Easter get-together’s to only those in your household, although cookie or square trays might make a great gift for those who can’t spend the holiday with you. Orders can be made until Tuesday the 7th of April and will be available for pickup or delivery on Wednesday the 8th, Thursday the 9th, and Saturday the 11th from 11 to 3. We are following all social distancing guidelines if you are picking up in the store or we are happy to bring the order outside for an arranged no contact pickup. Deliveries of $50 or more and of Cookie decorating kits are free to Pelham and the surrounding area including North Welland.
