- 2:30PM-2:45PM: Speaker and host, LEVI MANN! As the host of “Taps, Apps & Laughs”, Levi’s unique brand of humour and easy relatability will be sure to set a comfortable tone for our speakers to share their stories!
- 2:45PM-3:00PM: Mental health advocate, Cheryl Vanditelli. As the former owner of the Queen Bean Cafe, Cheryl’s powerful story of learning to cope with her depression while continuing to put positive energy into everything she does will inspire you to believe that anything is possible when you combine imagination with belief.
- 3:00PM-3:15PM: JUSTIN PRESTON. This founder of Rise Against Bullying and Kids Help Phone National Ambassador has travelled across Canada to share his story of how overcoming his childhood bullies helped him “become the change he wants to see in the world”.
- 3:15PM-3:30PM: Niagara artist and mental health advocate, FALYNN SHAW. From her personal journeys with PTSD, anxiety, and bipolar II disorder, Falynn shares how using art as therapy has helped her cope with her challenges. With her storytelling, she hopes of contributing to a broader dialogue on the importance of making art accessible for everyone.
- 3:30PM-3:45PM: RYAN RUMSEY. This 6-sport Special Olympics athlete and PR Coordinator for the Port Colborne Special Olympics, shares how his challenges with autism coupled with Post Traumatic Disorder & Dissociative Identity Disorder has provided him with an opportunity to learn and help others in the process.
- 3:45PM-4:00PM: CHAMANJIT KAUR. As the founder and therapist of Complete Completions, Chamanjit will share her experience of being an immigrant and how she has helped others navigate the system and the impacts it has on our collective mental health.
- 4:00PM-4:15PM: MARK SOPPITT As a pastor who suffered with severe clinical depression, Mark shares how his experience with trauma, PTSD and subsequent healing, put him on the path to become a faith-based transformational Life Coach with Living Well Coaching Niagara.
- 4:15PM-4:30PM SARAH PRITULA. Sarah shares her diverse experiences navigating both private business and charity sectors to learn about the biggest fears that stop us and how we can overcome them.
- 4:30PM-4:45PM RAY FRIGAULT. As the author of “It’s About Time”, join us as Ray (AKA Rayzor) shares his story of self-discovery in middle-age, and how it’s never too late to live the life you’ve always imagined.
