We’re partnering with the City of St. Catharines Culture department to bring vibrant artwork to underutilized storefronts Downtown! These vinyl art installations will turn empty windows into eye-catching displays that reflect the city’s rich culture and creativity.This initiative is about more than art—it’s about revitalizing our Downtown core, increasing foot traffic, fostering community pride, and creating a welcoming space for all.
Strong consideration will be given to works reflecting the Indigenous and Black histories/contemporary culture of St. Catharines.
