The Pelham Public Library (PPL) has two branches; the main branch in Fonthill and an auxiliary branch in Fenwick. Both branches provide a variety of adult, young adult and children’s resources including fiction, non-fiction, audio books, DVDs and magazines. PPL also provides access to a variety of research databases, Hoopla (a digital platform offering eBooks, audio books, T.V. shows, movies and comics) and RB Digital (a digital platform offering over 3000 magazine titles). Serving a population of over 17, 000, we also offer a number of monthly programs, access to public computers and free Wi-Fi.
PPL’s mission is to “engage, encourage and enrich our community”. Anyone in the Niagara region can obtain a free library card. PPL is a community hub, a meeting place and a place to connect – a true passport to the outside world!
