This special initiative, co-founded by Dr. Deborah Cook and Dr. Robert Sheppard at St. Joseph’s in Hamilton,, helps fulfill the final wishes of critically ill patients, offering comfort and support to their families during the most challenging times.
From reuniting with a beloved pet to enjoying one last meal, each wish brings light to a dark moment, creating unforgettable, meaningful memories.
