Workforce Collective, local municipalities (including economic development teams), community services, industry associates and education providers in Niagara are forming a coalition.
Our objectives are to:
- Integrate workforce planning and development efforts across the Niagara region
- Collectively enable decent work (fair wages, secure work arrangements, and meaningful career advancement) in our community
- Share information and data (because knowledge = power)
- Engage in proactive and strategic workforce-related activities
We invite all interested parties and prospective partners to join us at the event and help us launch!
