Upper Canada Heritage Trail 5K Fun Run/Walk & 2K Dog Walk

Come out to enjoy a 5K run or walk OR bring your dog for a 2K walk along the Heritage Trail!
This is a fundraising event to support the rehabilitation of the next phase of the Trail in beautiful Niagara-on-the-Lake!
Limited to 150 runners/walkers and 50 dog walkers (up to 2 dogs per person).
Registration is open until Sept 21 online for $45 a runner/walker/dog walker (+ credit card fee).
On September 24 you can register onsite for $60 (cash only). Check-in opens at 7am for runners/walkers, 8am for dog walkers. Events start one hour following check-in start.
Every participant will receive a backpack, medal, water bottle, and refreshments following the race.
Check-in location: Tennis Pavilion at Memorial Park at John Street and Veterans Way, Niagara-on-the-Lake.
