and to celebrate, #HeartCORE will be doing their 100KM Walk/Run Challenge?
and to celebrate, #HeartCORE will be doing their 100KM Walk/Run Challenge?Get your heart pumping on February 1 as our coaches challenge you to do a total of 100KM of walking/running until February 30. Each day of the month, they encourage you to do an additional 4743 steps or 3.5KM to reach your 100KM.
Here’s what you will get to help you reach your goal:
A tracking sheet for the challenge A ballot once you complete the 100KM for a chance to win a prizeDon’t think you can reach 100KM or maybe you know you can do more than 100KM in the month? You can also set your own personal goal and still have the chance to win a prize if you reach your goal or go beyond it!
This time we are asking members who would like to participate make a $5.00 donation that will go towards #HeartNiagara.
