On The Water Arts Fest is a 1-day event taking place Oct 14 at The Bank Art House (22 King St., Welland). The event aims to showcase the talents of local youth artists of various disciplines.
The main focus of the the day centers around an art show of submitted work by local visual artists under the age of 18.

Throughout the day we will be hosting various workshops and demos, such as an improv workshop and a graffiti demo. We will also have various performances throughout the day, from circus to spoken word and much more.

The evening will wrap up the day with an “After Party” dance party in the event space.
