Fermentation is a delicious food preservation method that adds healthy benefits to your vegetables. Learn all about fermentation and together we’ll make probiotic-rich sauerkraut. Registration will include the Zoom link to attend the program and supplies needed if you want to follow along at home.

This is the second in a 6 part series of free garden and food-related workshops called “From the Garden”. Join us to learn about fermentation, the health benefits, how to ferment almost any veggie, and we’ll (virtually) make a tasty batch of sauerkraut!
