Christina Drummond Art
“When you buy something from an artist you are buying more than an object. You’re buying hundreds of hours of errors and experimentation. You’re buying years of frustration and moments of pure joy. You’re not buying just one thing, you are buying a piece of a heart, a piece of a soul… a piece of someone else’s life.”
— Rebekah Joy Plett
Christina Drummond moved to Pelham from Toronto about three years ago and quickly immersed herself in the local community participating in art shows, groups and became a member of Pelham Public Art Advisory Committee.
Her work consists mainly of abstract art often using bright, bold colours and she prefers to work on large canvasses. She gets inspiration from a variety of sources and is excited to combine acrylic paints with mixed media to obtain creative results showing movement as her interpretation of happiness and life.
