Join us at Southbrook Winery to celebrate Niagara’s food and wine with Chef Keith Pears—Team Canada’s 2027 Bocuse d’Or candidate and Chopped Canada champion.
Enjoy delicious bites by Chef Keith Pears, featuring locally regenerative farmed ingredients prepared by King Street Pantry’s culinary team.
Attendees will be among the first to see the premiere of Ode to Niagara, a new short film produced by Southbrook on regenerative agriculture and food sovereignty, and meet Chef Pears and Southbrook founder Bill Redelmeier.
