In celebration of its 6th anniversary, Mainly Niagara is inviting the community to a high-energy night of live music, good vibes, and local love—all happening at Camp Cataract on Saturday, June 28, 2025
This FREE community event promises an unforgettable evening featuring some of Niagara’s most exciting musical acts, giveaways from local businesses, and a spirit of giving back.
The evening will be hosted by Rob Burke, lead singer of the Doors tribute band Riders on the Storm, who will serve as MC for the night.
Here’s the official music lineup:
- 7:00PM – Rita Visser (Rita & The Daydreamers)
A gifted singer-songwriter known for heartfelt storytelling through song, Rita draws on everyday life to create emotionally rich music that resonates deeply with audiences. - 8:15PM – THUNDERCLAP
The brainchild of Niagara Falls performance artist Adam Buller, THUNDERCLAP delivers a multi-media experience filled with surrealism, satire, and soul. Expect a rollercoaster of toe-tapping melodies and mind-bending moments. - 9:30PM – The Black Flies
Formed in 2007, this indie rock band brings together the songwriting talents of Jeremy Vokey and Nathanial Goold. Their long-anticipated return to Camp Cataract is sure to be a crowd favourite. - 10:50PM – Peninsula
This art rock band blends alternative pop with Mexican Canadian influences, creating a moody, genre-defying soundscape. Their unique vibe is the perfect way to close out the evening.
In addition to great music, attendees will have the chance to win gift cards to local businesses. And while the event is free, organizers are encouraging attendees to support Niagara’s Mobile Closet by bringing a donation in lieu of a cover charge.
Most-needed items include:
- Track pants and hoodies
- Summer clothing (shorts, t-shirts)
- Running shoes and men’s footwear
- Underwear and travel-size hygiene products
- Monetary donations (100% goes to Niagara’s Mobile Closet)
“This is a celebration of local talent and community connection,” says organizer Sheri Hawkins, who welcomes all “good energy people” to come out and join the fun.

Come for the music, stay for the vibes—Niagara, you won’t want to miss this!
