As part of their ongoing Truly Local Commitment, PenFinancial has wrapped up another season of collecting donations for the Education Foundation of Niagara’s Prom Project.
The Prom Project offers soon-to-be graduates the chance to shop a selection of pre-loved dresses, suits, shoes, and other accessories completely free of charge.
